Live Well is an Event & Market for attendees to experience new areas of wellness and leave feeling inspired and motivated to continue prioritizing your health and well-being long after the event is over.

Join us for two days of immersive experiences that incorporates all areas of wellness through experiential sessions, fun activities, vendor shopping, connecting with local business owners who can help you and so much more!

Live Well's ultimate goal is to create a community based space to help you explore your personal wellness journey in a comfortable and fun environment. It can be an overwhelming process to figure out what works best for both your mind and your body and we want to create a space around Live Well where everyone can do it together

- Self Guided Meditation Walk: Explore the Pineridge Hollow trails by yourself or with a group and find all of our meditation signs and quotes in the forest

- Outdoor Relaxation Areas: Spend some time resting in our outdoor seating areas to read a book or reflect on your day

- Renew your relationship with our earth in other ways like grounding yourself, nap under a tree, smell the leaves and be outside for most of the day experiencing Live Well!

Financial Wellness and stability is closely linked to your mental health. Money problems are a very common source of stress for so many people. Physical Wellness

Physical Wellness is about doing what you can to help strengthen and care for your body through physical activity, nutrition and sleep.

Social Wellness

Social Wellness is all about developing a sense of connection, belonging, and a well-developed support system around yourself in your daily life.
